Standard 5 working day delivery by Royal Mail. A signature will be required. Cost of delivery is stated upon checkout.
If you buy a product from Thrill Pic Media, then you may return it within 14 days from the day you receive it, as long as the goods are in an as new condition and with all of the original packaging. We will replace, exchange or issue a full refund for it as per your request - subject to these conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item is faulty on arrival or develops a fault within the first 30 days, then send it back to us in the original box with all the accessories and we will replace it with a new one. Most cameras are replaced within 48 hours of receipt, but it can take 7-10 days depending on both our stock, and if we have to send the camera to the manufacturer for examination.
Please note: (1) If your camera is faulty or damaged on arrival you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. (2) Any form of user damage is not covered under warranty. (3) Items returned that are deemed to be user damaged may incur a manufacturer handling fee of up to £35. (4) Waterproof cameras will only be replaced immediately if returned within 14 days.
If the camera develops a fault within the first 12 months (and after the first 30 days) then send it back to the manufacturer (in the UK) and they will repair / replace it under the terms of the 12 month warranty. Please note: You DO NOT need to submit a Returns Request with us if you are sending your camera directly to the manufacturer. Please submit your request directly via their website.
